It can be so challenging in a busy week to make sure you have time to maintain friendships, or make new ones. To help you work on prioritizing time with friends, try some of these tips!

  1. Do things with friends that you are taking time to do anyway, such as go for walks/runs, go to the gym, go shopping.
  2. Set aside time each week to do something with a friend, it can be a simple as meeting for coffee or it can be something special such as going to a museum.
  3. Plan for bigger activities such as hosting a dinner or taking a day trip ahead of time, so it is on your calendar. Doing this can help you plan to see people who are more difficult to connect with during the week.
